1.Based on market demand and industry trends, following the company's design process, propose and determine development design and technical improvement plans with our team members;
2.Based on the design program and new product development design, technical improvement plans, formulate development plans and implement, coordinate cross group and cross departmental collaboration and related resources;
3.According to the design control program and new product development plan, complete the sample production of the project, provide customer oriented technical support services, and organize sample review work to ensure that the samples fully meet market and customer needs;
4.According to the company's business development plan, within the scope of one's own professional responsibilities, provide suggestions to the head of the RF and microwave group for new technology development, new product design, new material application, and technological improvement;
5.According to the company's business development plan and the requirements of the R&D manager, organize and implement job training and performance evaluation for subordinates;
6.According to the design control program, timely summarize the experience and lessons learned from design development and technical improvement, participate in the writing of patent documents and patent technology applications, and prepare design specifications and internal guidance standard documents
1.Good English reading, writing, and communication skills;
2.Familiar with using commonly used testing instruments such as network analyzers; Proficient in using RF simulation software and mapping software;
